Doing Good

Literacy should be the birthright of every child.

Sadly, “Millions of American children get to fourth grade without learning to read proficiently. And that puts them on the dropout track”. National testing shows that 85% of low-income students fail to reach “proficient” levels in reading. These kids are “all too likely to become our nation’s lowest-income, least-skilled, least-productive, and most costly citizens tomorrow.”
Annie E. Casey Foundation, Kids Count Special Report, 2010

We are here to help

It doesn’t have to be this way. We know learning to read can be tough, and we are here to help.
